Alright, well I am going to contribute here…as it is 4:44 am and Bewitched re-runs are really not doing it for me at this point.

El Ten Eleven are a little known post-rock band armed with the same instrumentals as Death From Above 1979-a bass and drums, but have managed to produce a completely different sound more in the tune of Tortoise. While I have been able to find little information concerning the band and it’s members, what is known is that the two-some consisting of: Kristian Dunn (bass) and Tim Fogarty (drums) hail from California where most of their shows have been played. On their :website, instead of listing obligatory band bios and the like, the band has instead only so cryptically provided a sparse P.O. box mailing address along with the names of those who are in the band. None the less, the music is beautifully done.

Here is a track off of their self titled CD which is available all around the net (unlike information on the band):::::::::::::Connie

Comment on what you think!
